29 Juin 2010, Brazzaville – Un nouveau cadre de la protection des enfants a été annoncé par le président Denis Sassou Ngesso. L’annonce a été faite par la ministre des Affaires Sociales, de l’Action Humanitaire et de la Solidarité, Mme Emilienne Raoul, lors des célébrations pour marquer la Journée de l’Enfant Africain. « L’enfant est un être précieux que nous devons protéger.
