La Conferencia Mundial de la Juventud

México, con el acompañamiento del Sistema de las Naciones Unidas, invita a todos los países del mundo a celebrar la Conferencia Mundial de la Juventud 2010, como un espacio de discusión y reflexión sobre el papel de los jóvenes en la consecución del desarrollo, con especial énfasis en los Objetivos de Desarrollo del Milenio (ODM). At the Table is a Canadian and global civil society campaign, mobilizing citizens to “take their place” at G8 and G20 summits. 'Say YES for Children' campaign

Launched in 2001, campaign asked millions of people throughout the world to pledge their support for the Rallying Call for the Global Movement for Children (GMC). The campaign sought to rally people behind 10 principles (imperatives) that seek to improve and protect the lives of children. Lessons for Life

  Lessons for life was the GMC’s one of the most successful campaign. It was launched on the occasion of World AIDS Day (December 1) 2004 and continued in 2005 and 2006. Lesson for Life was a global effort to educate children about HIV/AIDS prevention and to spur them, their communities, and governments to accelerate action on behalf of children and young people affected by HIV/AIDS. In honour of World AIDS Day, children around the world drew on the GMC's internet-based resources to plan community-based discussions, plays, dramas, and writing that were designed to stimulate learning about HIV/AIDS and to explore ways to act on behalf of affected children.
