Zimbabwe, 10 January 2010 - In Kadoma, the WCY held clean up and child rights awareness campaigns in a bid to team up with the City Council’s department of health services in fighting the spread of cholera. Children went about the main shopping center heralding the doctrine of cleanliness and good health. A new child led group has been formulated with the aim of widening children’s opportunity to participate in issues affecting them. AMWCY: meeting of the communications group

Thies, Senegal, 3rd December 2010 -  The communications group of the AMWCY held their annual meeting from 22nd to 1st of December 2010 at the CCDD in Thies, Senegal. The meeting gathered 17 participants from 17 countries. The group discussed the state of communication, foremost the activities that were implemented to give more visibility to the actions of the WCYS and of the associations.
